Fitness Favorites: How I’m Prioritizing Health and Wellness at 46

With my 46th birthday just around the corner, I’ve been laser-focused on my health and wellness. It’s a priority that feels more important than ever, and I’m happy to say…I feel better now than I did in my thirties. Crazy, right? But it’s the truth, and I’m owning it!

Lately, my routine has been all about balance and consistency. I’ve been focusing on whole food nutrition, strength training (with a side of Solidcore), hitting my daily steps, and prioritizing quality sleep. These pillars are key elements of the FASTer Way, and they’ve been game-changers for my health.

As I head into a new year, my top goal is to continue improving my strength. We’ve all heard it before: muscle mass decreases with age. But I’m determined to combat that and build a strong, resilient body for the future. For me, longevity is the ultimate goal…creating healthy habits today so I can be as spry as Nonnie when I’m a grandmother!
